Supergirl Season 1
Based on the DC Comics, this series follows Kara Zor-El (Melissa Benoist), who decides the time has come to embrace her superhuman abilities and fulfill her destiny as a hero by becoming Supergirl. However she must still maintain a low profile as Kara Danvers working for media company CatCo, all while keeping National City safe.
Supergirl Season 2
Season 2 finds Supergirl, Kara Zor-El (Melissa Benoist), teaming up with her cousin Superman (Tyler Hoechlin). Kara and James (Mehcad Brooks) decide they're better off as friends, leaving the path for Mon-El (Chris Wood), the mystery alien from the pod that fell in Season 1, open to make a move on the Girl of Steel. Elsewhere, with the help of Maggie (Floriana Lima), Alex (Chyler Lee) accepts her sexuality; at the same time, Lena Luthor (Katie McGrath) rethinks her family loyalties. Episode 8 begins a crossover event with the CW sister shows "The Flash", "Arrow" and "DC's Legend's of Tomorrow," in which Supergirl is featured prominently.
Supergirl Season 3
In the third season of this drama series, Kara (Melissa Benoist) is struggling with the loss of her former lover, Mon-El (Chris Wood), after he is forced to depart Earth. To avoid dealing with these emotions, Kara chooses to focus on her Supergirl alter ego and must face a strange new threat against National City. Meanwhile, J'onn (David Harewood) discovers his father is still alive. Plus, Alex (Chyler Leigh) and Kara unknowingly befriend a Kryptonian survivor.
